With the use of an angle grinder attached with a 4.5" in diameter diamond cut blade that is 0.5" in thickness grind off any paint that needs to be removed starting at the bottom of the foundation's right corner working up the structure of the concrete foundation.
Structural re-bar is used to reinforce the corner of the concrete foundation while applying multiple layer's of cement coatings to ensure that the concrete repair's are completed correctly on the foundation.
With the use of a trowel a checker board grid is scratched into each cement coating to ensure that the next coat of cement bonds properly to the last coat. This process that is needed when the foundation is having multiple layer's of concrete cement coatings.
The shade of the new concrete will get a little lighter over the next 12 hour period. Keep in mind, it's so important to give the foundation's new concrete a waiting period to cure before considering painting the foundation itself.
